Sonifica no sabe quién eres. No hay cuenta, ni registro, ni publicidad, ni rastreo. En el App Store está declarada como «Datos no vinculados a ti».

Todo pasa en tu teléfono. Tus libros, documentos, fotos de páginas, notas de voz y los audios que Sonifica genera se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. La voz, el reconocimiento de texto en fotos y el paso de audio a texto se hacen en el propio iPhone o iPad, sin enviar nada a ningún servidor.

Permisos, solo cuando los usas: micrófono (para grabar notas de voz), cámara (para escanear páginas), reconocimiento de voz (para pasar tus audios a texto, en el aparato), Face ID (para abrir carpetas privadas; Sonifica no guarda tu cara) y Fotos (para guardar frases como imagen).

Cuándo usa internet: para descargar de Apple las voces la primera vez que las usas; para los modelos de traducción de Apple, si traduces; y para leer una página web que compartas con Sonifica. En ese último caso se pide la página a su sitio, como haría tu navegador.

Uso anónimo: desde la versión 1.2, para saber qué funciona y dónde mejorar, la app cuenta de forma anónima lo que pasa dentro: qué pantallas se abren, si un libro se crea y se escucha, si un capítulo falla al prepararse y si se ve o se usa la compra. Además, la versión, el idioma de la app, los días desde la instalación y, si llegaste por un anuncio de Apple, el número de esa campaña. Nunca se envían títulos, texto de tus libros, notas de voz ni nada que diga quién eres; el número al azar de cada apertura dura solo mientras la app está abierta. La dirección IP no se guarda: de ella solo se saca el país y la región. Se guarda en Cloudflare, Inc. (encargado del tratamiento). Base legal: interés legítimo en mejorar la app (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Lo apagas cuando quieras en Ajustes, con «Compartir el uso anónimo».

Compras: las gestiona Apple. Sonifica solo recibe la confirmación de que la compra es válida; no ve tus datos de pago.

Tus derechos: como no tenemos datos tuyos (el uso anónimo no se puede vincular a ti), no hay nada que pedir, corregir ni borrar en nuestro lado. Al borrar la app se borra todo lo que guardó. Para cualquier duda, escríbenos.

Sonifica weiß nicht, wer du bist. Kein Konto, keine Registrierung, keine Werbung, kein Tracking. Im App Store als „Daten nicht mit dir verknüpft“ deklariert.

Alles bleibt auf deinem Gerät. Bücher, Dokumente, Seitenfotos, Sprachnotizen und die erzeugten Audios werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sprachausgabe, Texterkennung und Spracherkennung laufen auf dem iPhone oder iPad selbst, ohne Übertragung an Server.

Berechtigungen, nur bei Nutzung: Mikrofon (Sprachnotizen), Kamera (Seiten scannen), Spracherkennung (Audios in Text, auf dem Gerät), Face ID (private Ordner; Sonifica speichert dein Gesicht nicht) und Fotos (Zitate als Bild sichern).

Wann das Internet genutzt wird: um Stimmen beim ersten Gebrauch von Apple zu laden; für Apples Übersetzungsmodelle, wenn du übersetzt; und um eine Webseite zu laden, die du mit Sonifica teilst. Dabei wird die Seite wie im Browser bei ihrer Website abgerufen.

Anonyme Nutzung: Ab Version 1.2 zählt die App anonym, was darin passiert, damit wir wissen, was funktioniert und wo wir besser werden: welche Bildschirme geöffnet werden, ob ein Buch erstellt und gehört wird, ob ein Kapitel bei der Vorbereitung scheitert und ob der Kauf angezeigt oder genutzt wird. Dazu Version, App-Sprache, die Tage seit der Installation und, falls du über eine Apple-Anzeige gekommen bist, die Nummer dieser Kampagne. Titel, Text deiner Bücher, Sprachnotizen oder etwas, das dich erkennbar macht, werden nie gesendet; eine Zufallsnummer gilt nur, solange die App geöffnet ist. Die IP-Adresse wird nicht gespeichert: aus ihr werden nur Land und Region abgeleitet. Gespeichert wird bei Cloudflare, Inc. (Auftragsverarbeiter). Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Verbesserung der App (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). In den Einstellungen schaltest du es mit „Anonyme Nutzung teilen“ jederzeit aus.

Käufe wickelt Apple ab. Sonifica erhält nur die Bestätigung, dass ein Kauf gültig ist, und sieht keine Zahlungsdaten.

Deine Rechte (DSGVO): Da wir keine Daten über dich haben (die anonyme Nutzung lässt sich dir nicht zuordnen), gibt es bei uns nichts zu beauskunften, berichtigen oder löschen. Mit dem Löschen der App wird alles gelöscht. Fragen gern per E-Mail. Du hast das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde.

Sonifica doesn't know who you are. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Declared on the App Store as “Data Not Linked to You”.

Everything stays on your device. Your books, documents, page photos, voice notes and the audio Sonifica creates are stored only on your device. Speech, text recognition and transcription run on the iPhone or iPad itself, without sending anything to a server.

Permissions, only when you use them: microphone (voice notes), camera (scanning pages), speech recognition (turning your audio into text, on device), Face ID (private folders; Sonifica never stores your face) and Photos (saving quotes as images).

When it uses the internet: to download voices from Apple the first time you use them; for Apple’s translation models if you translate; and to load a web page you share with Sonifica, fetched from its site just like your browser would.

Anonymous usage: from version 1.2, so we know what works and where to improve, the app anonymously counts what happens inside it: which screens open, whether a book is created and listened to, whether a chapter fails to prepare and whether the purchase is shown or used. Plus the version, app language, days since install and, if you came from an Apple ad, that campaign's number. Titles, the text of your books, voice notes or anything that identifies you are never sent; the random number of each visit lasts only while the app is open. The IP address is not stored: only country and region are derived from it. It is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (processor). Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Switch it off any time in Settings with “Share anonymous usage”.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Sonifica only receives confirmation that a purchase is valid and never sees your payment details.

Your rights: since we hold no data about you (anonymous usage cannot be linked to you), there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Questions are welcome by email.
